The Brain Injury Clubhouse is a Work-Ordered Structured Day Program that offers individuals the opportunity to develop work skills in 5 different work units. The idea behind this model is that Members perform the work of running the Clubhouse.
Work units include: Kitchen, Maintenance, Communication, Leisure/Transportation/Education, and BeechTree, an affirmative business of the Clubhouse. Skills specific training are thus offered in a wide variety of types of work. A person may wish to utilize Clubhouse as their daily productive activity pattern, while for others they may utilize Clubhouse as a stepping stone for competitive employment in the community.
